“This property is absolutely what we needed. Modern design, all the comfort of home, and the best host we have ever met. See what Dennis is building around there. He's a skilled builder. He's also available for your questions, concerns. We will be coming back to this beautiful slice of Appalachia.”

“The property held up in while it was in the high 90s but my senior dog was super comfortable. Definitely a beautiful sight to have a nice chill getaway.”

“Keyless entry was troublesome. Did not always work. Couldn't leave our the fro t door. Had to lock it fro. The inside and go out back. Just had trouble getting the doors to open once you are locked out. Also the place could use a full length mirror in another area other than the bathroom. Kuerig there, but no coffee, glad i brought my own. ”

“Whole house with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with showers (no tubs). Appears to have bben recently refurbed for Air B-n-B type rental. Nicely stocked kitchen with coffee, spices, etc. Combo washer/dryer is a little small for the number of people it sleeps but they work fine and there were laundry supplies provided. Living room furniture looks good but could be a little more comfortable. Convenient to lots of Red River Gorge activities, etc. Stayed 3 nights. Looking at a return trip and will stay……
