“The lodge is a wonderful place to get away to birch trees and smell off clean pine air. Our lake view was amazing. The leaves were just beginning to show the onset of fall with few hues of red and orange. We took many walks around the property enjoying the woods and lake. The resort was quiet but people hanging out at the beach or fisherman taking their boats early in the morning. The pool and spa were used a few times. It should open early. The kitchen and dining were stocked to meet our needs.……

“The building was very unique and awesome. Our room was Great. We met the owners briefly. Never saw one of them again. The driveway to the building needs work. Pot holes all over. It was very expnsive for 1 night. We were charged a 75.00 cleaning bill in cash up front. ”

“The property was secluded, yet close to Saint Germain. Everything was clean and you could tell that the property managers truly cared for the home and it's surroundings. They were a wonderful couple that knew a lot of local history and tips on where to get the best, least expensive fire wood. Will definitely stay again. ”

“The cabin was pretty nice and the amenities were great. Beautiful location. Some things were left to be desired. There was no hand soap in the bathroom or kitchen so we had to buy our own. There was also no towels left out so we had to find some in a linen closet that appeared to be for housekeeping. We also noticed quite a few cobwebs all over the cabin. In the corners of the bathroom floor, in the light fixtures etc. This made us question what other corners were cut by the cleaning crew. The……
