“Very clean and quiet. Staff was pleasant. We only had 2 bath towels and 1 washcloth for 3 adults and no hand soap. That was remedied in the morning. Breakfast was really subpar. We had been on the road driving east coast to west coast and that was the most minimalist breakfast out of all of our stays. ”

“给我的房卡失效了，外出回来打不开房门，儿子跑过来开门的时候摔倒了，3分钟不能站起来，因为疼痛哭的撕心裂肺，打电话给前台，工作人员态度恶劣，第二天给酒店发邮件反映这次事故，至今没有收到回复，这是我们出行十天中最恶略的一家酒店，傲慢、不负责任、态度恶略”

“Girls trip 2025. The space in the rooms was amazing. Stayed in the Gregson Suite (sleeps 1-10 people). The for sure needed BIGGER garbage cans. The air conditioner didn't work very well at all! I woke up throughout the night sweating. Almost like just the fan was running. Not so fun when you wear a cpap mask/machine to breathe. All in all it was a good trip. The rooms were clean and bed was comfy. Wish checkout would have been 12 noon so we could have swam in the morning. ”
