“对于滑雪的人，这个酒店地理位置是最好的。但是不满意的是，酒店明明有两层的停车位，却不让住宿的客人停车，客人必须把车停在很远的地方，要走路十分钟再回到酒店。你可以使用Valet 停车，但你需要为此多付$35/天，但事实上，Valet的停车场就在酒店的停车场！即使是在淡季，没有什么客人了，到处都是空的停车位，他们也不会让你停车，你必须停在最远的停车场！我们住了三天，每天$1000 ，居然没有room service，我们专门请求room service，可是还是没有，他们只是送过来一些毛巾而已。我们打电话想要order foods，可是没人接电话，打了很多遍，也没人接电话。最后，晚上出门一定要小心，因为有狼，就在门口溜达，每天晚上。”

I was surprised to find that there was a bar table in front of my room, where I could have a cup of coffee and enjoy the beautiful lake view. The nearby scenic driveway is also amazing. The boss is warm and friendly, which makes me feel at home. This location is the best place to enter the west gate of Yellowstone Park. Thank you for your hospitality. I look forward to coming back next time!”
