“The staff at this hotel were welcoming as well as efficient. This Home2Suites shares a parking lot with a movie theater & a Texas Roadhouse, but even on the busy CSU finals/graduation week, parking was easy. My room was very spacious, with lots of counter space, a lounging area, and a kitchenette that included essential cooking & serveware. Special thanks to Jill, who was replenishing breakfast and offered me a tray so I could take food to my room and get on a scheduled call. I recommend this……

“We’re a family or 5 and this hotel was easily accessible and worked perfectly for our night stay while we traveled across the country. We didn’t stay in the area long enough to know if it’s conveniently located for amenities or shopping but loved it nonetheless. ”

“This our second time staying at The Flats and this time don’t disappoint. It’s very close to CSU campus and in a safe area. You have to park on the street (or at Target up the street), but we have never had a problem finding a spot. Easy check-in and great communications with the hosts. We will always try and book one of these places whenever we’re in town.”

“Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and furniture, very clean, well maintained (inside and out), and renovated home. Large park, grocery anchored shopping center a couple of minutes' drive away. Excellent communication with property manager. We would stay here again.”

“Everything was great, except for construction on the street in front of the home that partially blocked access to the driveway for guests, and it was noisy during the day. The space is quaint, cozy, attractive and fully furnished, except that a couch advertised as a fold-out was a collection of small square sections that did not convert to a bed. The host communicated well as to entry and lock-up. Attractive, fun, place - hopefully, street work completes soon! ”
