“Our room was clean and spacious. The staff at the front desk were so friendly and accommodating. I’d say they only thing that I didn’t like was that housekeeping didn’t come in the give us clean towels/make beds for our second night. I was surprised by this. I know they don’t want to wash towels everyday for environmental reasons but even to replace some would have been nice. Anyway, it was a great stay and we’d come back. ”

“The hot tub was not there, the fireplace is outside and was not lit, which was one of the main things we were looking forward to. The pool was extremely small. We booked a suite and paid way too much for what we got. Bathrooms were clean. This suite was clean, but considering how much we paid we expected a lot more.”
