“As a business owners, I dont leave bad reviews because usually a company at least tries. I have waited over 2 weeks to leave this review, however, to see if Evolve would refund me. They havent. The safety and cleanliness issues need no explanation if you look at the photos. This place was gross, smelly, and unsafe. It had improperly placed fire extinguishers, dirty cabinets, bad sheetrock and peeling up flooring, faulty wiring/ lights and an unphotographed bullet hole in a door. The fence that……
