“New ownership, some changes good and some not so good”

“Great property close to shopping and very clean. ”

“We came to ski and this place was perfect! It’s a time share so it is set up for longer stays but we only stayed the weekend. Our two bed / two bath suite seemed to be recently renovated and was clean. A huge plus is that there were a few electric chargers and so that made things extra convenient. Only real negative thing we will say is that the pool water was cloudy and grayish. The hot tub water was brownish. This was after school vacation week so maybe it is due for a good cleaning? ”

“The weather played a part - our room was accessed by a set of outside stairs, and the weather was cold enough to make them a bit perilous. The staff did its best to attend to it.”

“Our one night at The Constance recently (February 2025), was fantastic! The inn is warm and welcoming, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated with lots of vintage charm and all the comfy, modern conveniences one would expect. We absolutely loved it! Each staff member we had contact with (Logan, Brenda and Stacy) was professional and friendly. Communication was efficient and timely. As we were in Lenox off-season, the inn was exceptionally quiet, with only two other rooms booked during……

“Comfortable, homey room in a nice house located a block away from the Hudson main drag. Coffee, tea, and snacks right outside my door in a little alcove. Reasonable price. What's not to like?”

“Chamberry Inn was a nice, quiet, relaxing stay. Enjoyed every second of it. The staff were kind and helpful. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area.”
