“Property was well kept, quiet, and the cabin was spotless. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc. Grills, propane and charcoal were in excellent shape and most usable. Hot tub was a delight. Only issue is the cabin is a distance from the town; however, I had I had no need to go there. Given that, the town was quaint and many nice eateries.”

“My fiancé and i had a wonderful time here. right in the heart of Berkley Springs, is is convenient to shopping, galleries and the famous hot springs. Tom was a 5-star host! He greeted us at the door, guided us to room and couldn't have been nicer, more friendly or professional. We both felt like family here. The room was elegant, with a gas fireplace, comfortable four-poster bed, and private bath. Breakfast was wonderful, off a patio where Tom grows some of the veggies that find their……

“Met a friend here after I had been camping/cycling the C&O from DC. Shower was great as were the facilities. Not too many places for a decent meal in town but we made do with the gas station pizza! ”

“The property location was perfect in the hills of West Virginia we had a great time at nearby Berkeley Springs went to Harpers Ferry but parking was non-existent and you had to ride a bus to get there which we didn't feel like we should do with covid concerns.”

“We very much enjoyed our stay at this cabin, especially the homey living room with the big fireplace. We also really appreciated that the dining table was large enough to seat all 7 of us comfortably, and that the beds all had nice foam mattresses on them and plenty of pillows. Beds are always a gamble in a vacation rental, but very important to a group of friends in their 30s, so we were delighted that they were comfortable, not squeaky, not wiggly, etc! “I don't like to give bad comments but, in general, the property is nice, but in the description it mentions having a pool among the services it offers, but that pool does not exist, this was disappointing because it is one of the main reasons why I booked , also the beds have bedbugs omg I'm still itching from the more than 20 bites all over my body. 🙁”
