“The hotel was exceptional and the staff was very friendly. My only issue was that I reserved a king size bed and was given a double. There was no way for the change to be made as I originally requested. Other than that I’d recommend the hotel and would stay there again. Thank you ”

“The Residence Inn in Bloomington was spectacularly clean. Unlike so many hotel rooms. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely atay again if in the area. ”

“Property was well-groomed and taken care of very clean. The extra bonuses like coffee, creamer, condiments et cetera were a great surprise. Spoke with the owner about getting different internet. Coverage from cellphone towers was not that great. I will definitely be staying at this property again when I'm in the area.”
