Two small frustrations - there were no toiletries in the house (body wash, shampoo, etc) which we have come to expect with rental properties like this. We had to go and buy our own. Second, there were quite a few flies in the house when we got there. We were able to get rid of them but it was a bit of a hassle. ”

“Well this is the first time we were not to happy with the new owners. We choose the resort because its a half way point. We enjoy what you offer. The staff was excellent and you put them in a position to let us know no pool, no service with tv.no change for laundry, no restaurant. We were there 5 nights four days. We travel from Wisconsin to Illinois and back. Either stay closed until your properly prepared. If it wasn't for the staff I would have nothing good to say. Staff excellent!!!!”
