“Pretty hotel and reminded me of a castle. Overall okay experience. Beds were really uncomfortable and our toilet did not work. When we informed the front desk they said they didn’t have anyone that could come fix it until the next day and to use the ones in the lobby. ”

“My stay was pleasant. Rooms were decent my floor was quiet I felt safe and there was ample parking. If i had to give one critique it would be that the carpet would benefit from a routine cleaning. The carpets have a lot of spots and are very dirty. ”

“The hotel was exceptional and the staff was very friendly. My only issue was that I reserved a king size bed and was given a double. There was no way for the change to be made as I originally requested. Other than that I’d recommend the hotel and would stay there again. Thank you ”

“The hotel is a great place to stay. However we were overwhelmed by the amount of rude children AND their rude parents. Yelling screaming and general littering. That was from the parents hanging out in the lobby. The kids were running around with no parental control whatsoever (the parents were too busy yelling a screaming amongst each other to bother to parent the kids. They left bottles and other debris all over the lobby and were just plain jerks to the rest of the guests. ”
