When I got my alternate room, I could see it hadn’t been used for some time. The carpet had yellowing-brown and red stains. The mirrors were dirty. In the bathroom there were no towels. We had to ask for the refrigerator that was supposed to come with the room. We were told they were short on refrigerators, so they had to go to an empty room to get……
