“We normally stay here when we are returning from Lake Powell. When we stayed this time we were informed you were now charging parking fees. The lady was very pleasant and didn't charge us, but now that we know this we may choose another hotel in the future. We do love this hotel.”

“Traveled from out of town for a wedding. This was the perfect accommodation for what we needed for a us as a couple plus an adult family member. Very good communications, all by text. Easy to find with everything needed for those who don’t want the “hotel experience”. Very well appointed, decorated and stocked.”

“Our stay was fantastic! The location was perfect—close to everything. The property was clean and loved the decor. The host was super responsive and helpful, making our trip stress-free. Highly recommend!”

“We spent a week at the Grant House and it couldn't have been better. We brought 4 families, 12 people in all, young children, teens, adults and seniors. There were comfy beds and plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen in the Grant House is huge and well stocked. Some of our favorite things were the large gas stove, two dishwashers, an ice machine and a beautiful outside deck that overlooked the pool. Tables inside and out had room for us to share meals and gather easily. Both the covered deck……
