“The rooms were very nice but I didn’t like that there was not a coffee pot and a chair to sit in other than that it was very nice”

“Excellent check-in. Staff were more than helpful and extremely courteous. However, the beds in our room were extremely low to the floor. My toilet at home stands taller. There is no ice machine on the first floor. One of the staff, Joy, was super happy to get us ice and delivered the ice to our room. Excellent service.”
