“I have stayed at this hotel multiple times, but my recent two stays were the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The arrogant attitude displayed at the front desk seems to be a direct result of poor hotel management training. I requested towels and hotel supplies, but after several hours, no one came to fulfill the request. I also reported a malfunctioning fire alarm due to the constant sound, but again, no one responded. Every request I made from the room took hours to be addressed. When I asked……

“Love this place. It's clean, modern, and the staff are great. You can't go wrong staying here. My only very minor complaint is how loud the music is in the workout room. Very difficult to enjoy your own with your headphones on. Like I said, a minor complaint.”
