“The interior has been tastefully renovated and the room and bathroom was well appointed and comfortable. Unfortunately, the town of Dunsmuir has seen better days and we were a little uneasy with parking our car on the street overnight.”

“Absolutely lovely! The condo was clean & nice, the area was beautiful & quiet. There was a keurig, fridge, & dishes. Beds were super comfy we slept very well! Cell reception was a bit spotty but didn't bother us. Lots of birds & nature in the area. Wonderful sunsets & views of Mt shasta as well! ”

“Great little property! Internet is challenging but otherwise a lovely location with everything you could need. Heads up- the rental property running this property (Evolve) will overcharge your credit card because of “3rd party fees not listed on your Expedia pricing” if you are booking through Expedia. Make sure to get your Expedia receipt bc you will need it to dispute your credit card bill. This is unacceptable and wasted time I wasn’t planning on arguing over a couple hundred dollars. ”
