“The person at the desk (I don’t remember her name but she said she worked there for like 10 years) was AMAZING. So sweet and helpful. ”

“Good room size but smells. Front desk was helpful and switched us to different room. 2nd room smells little better but has strong male cologne smell. Ok breakfast. Hard to find Uber or Lyft from the hotel. Didn’t use pool or gym so no comments on these. ”

“I had an extended stay here to help out with a family member undergoing cancer treatment. The hotel is clean, the beds are comfy and mine was quite spacious, and the staff was friendly. I want to particularly shout out to the black girl who was at the front desk some evenings. She was so friendly! The only negative was that the breakfast could have been better, but it is standard for this class of hotel. I would have gone next door to its sister hotel, but the weather was not the best while……

“The parking lot was well-lit, the proximity to dining options and downtown was super convenient, the staff was very kind, and the service was amazing!”

“Everything was great and I got to bring my dog for $15 a night. But every once in a while, I would see a cockroach. Not a bunch and not two at one time but just one every now and then. I love that they have an elevator. ”
