“This is a very cute and super clean condo in a beautiful condominium complex. The condo had all the necessities you could want. My favorite was the master bedroom. The bed is very comfortable and has nice and comfortable linens. The condo is not huge but feels spacious how it’s decorated. There are a lot of places, closets and shelves to store your belongings. “Every thing was good however the unit needs some love in a few areas. Few patches of the ceiling texture were hanging and about to fall off. Not a big deal, however; our Biggest issue we had is with the main bedroom’s bathroom shower. We had to put a lot of effort into getting the handle to not only flow water but also to shut it off. My wife couldn’t do it herself; hell I struggled with it. Definitely an issue that needs to be addressed ”

“I’m thrilled with the location of this condo. It’s just a quick walk to the beach, and there are also easy-to-access walking, running, and biking trails. There are plenty of local restaurants, food trucks, grocery stores, and attractions nearby. The only downside is that I didn’t receive the email from Evolve with the check-in/out instructions, as it was delivered to my spam folder.
