“This cabin reminded me of the title of the first "Little House" book - "Little House in the Big Woods." Our family loved it. The property is so peaceful and quiet, beautiful with all the pine trees. This place had everything we needed, and checking in and out was a breeze.”

Beautiful scenery at the home, but it seems house had a problem with mice that should get fixed. Overall we enjoyed our stay once we accepted we would share the space with some uninvited guests. 😁”

“We had a fantastic stay at Second Wind Country Inn. The building and grounds are beautiful. The owner-operator is sweet and kind; we had a great conversation with Kelly. While some might complain about the lack of television, it was very nice to have weekend unplugged from big media. I highly recommend Second Wind. You're only minutes away from downtown Ashland (and excellent food) and within a short drive of other attractions like Bayfield and the Lake. The country side is gorgeous and the air……
