“My first time visiting Albany, it was for business, and all I need is clean quiet place to sleep. Yes, the hotel was not the little old building, which I could pick some aged detail, I could nick pick here and there such as cracked paint spots here and there. But overall, very clean and quiet. very nice hotel, I do not need anything luxury to sleep peacefully. Bathroom was very clean and nice, so does all towel and sheets. “Stayed here for our son’s college graduation. Rooms were awesome! The best part was the free breakfast. The restaurant staff was so attentive and they served so many options, many that were healthy. I can’t remember an all-inclusive breakfast that served chia seed pudding. Love this hotel!”

“Very terrible experience. Booked this hotel as I had an important interview downtown in Albany. When I arrived there at 9pm, it’s overbooked and we were relocated to a motel 20 mins away. The motel was terrible and the hair dryer was even broken. The staff was rude when we tried to understand the situation. The staff on duty promised to cover the extra transportation costs from the motel to the bus terminal for the next day and arranged a taxi for us. But we were kicked out of the taxi as the……
