“This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.”

“This was our first time at this property. We took a chance and was very satisfied with everything. Only negative would be the breakfast…not too many options. The pool area is very nice and the outdoor bar is a plus!! Lisa is awesome and we met some wonderful people there. The beach is right over the bridge and there is free transportation if you don’t have a vehicle! ”

“The front desk staff person who checked us in was very friendly and informative. I think his name was Tim. He was very encouraging to my daughter who had a soccer game the next day. The hotel hallways smelled good. Our room (double bed plus sofabed) was huge, and the beds and pillows were really comfortable. When we arrived, the hotel was baking big double chocolate chip cookies for the guests. Very nice stay indeed!”
