“Staff was friendly at check in but when it was 11:04am we got a rude call saying we need to leave the room right now. It just could’ve been addressed nicer. It was 4 mins past and we were zipping up our suitcases. The remodeled rooms are really nice and the sliding glass door was great at keeping noise out. “Great location!! We loved it so much, we stayed another night!! The AC's worked well in all rooms, everything was very clean as well, will full kitchens. The beds were comfy, and they provided an air mattress for our party of 5 as well. Very nice, accommodating, staff. The elevator shaft was in repair, so we had to use the stairs (5th floor was somewhat rough for some guests), but staff was available to help carry things up. “The staff was amazing. They do close the pool early each night, which was disappointing. The drinks at the pools side bar were great but they are expensive. $17 each. There is construction, but it didn't bother us, not noisy at all. The pools are super clean and our villa was great. Would definitely return. ”
