“Second visit to this hotel for a funeral…again. Very compassionate staff. Hotel is undergoing renovation so there are some minor inconveniences. Did not really affect us. Dog friendly was a plus. Breakfast is of very good quality and changed both days with plenty of options. Best coffee! Staff was wonderful. Grounds are being updated as well. Looks great so far. Only con was the very slippery pool tiles. Wrong tile for that area. Shower and restroom was a plus. Our room was very comfortable and……

“It is as you suspect. Not the best, yet definitely NOT the worst. Room was nice. HVAC worked well at keeping the temperature we set. Bed was firmly comforting. Bathroom was clean. Just as you expect. ”

“We stayed here for 8 days. The hotel staff, restaurant food and spacious lobby, room space, comfortable pillows and beds... were all great. Very close to Oberlin College, great location!!”

“Overall, the facility was nice, staff was polite and responsive, and the accommodations were good. It was difficult to regulate the room temperature. Some of my kitchen glasses looked dirty/greasy so I didn't use them. This is a very good location for my needs which were at the nearby hospital. There are lots of restaurants nearby.”

“They stressed no smoking and locking up when leaving the property. The house had open doors when we arrived and the whole place smelled of cigarette smoke. We left a day before we had to and had to wash/dry clean all our clothes. We had to contact Derrick because the “keyless” locking system had not been programmed. We had to use the “master”number. Supposedly sleeps 6 but 3 or 4 , etc and only 4 chairs at the table. No toaster – breakfast is usually the only meal you want to make at home……

“Our family of 4 really enjoyed this property for our annual visit to Ohio to see my wife's family. It was very clean, everything is in cabinets for cooking and cleaning. If it is available next summer when we plan our next visit, we will definitely be staying here again!”

“Wonderful stay! Very clean overall & well-appointed kitchen! Nice porch & back yard seating area. Beds were comfy. Cute neighborhood. If you can handle sharing a bathroom it was fine for a family stay. The bathroom & master bedroom are on the main floor which was nice for my elderly mom. Bring your own coffee! A miscommunication led me to believe that complimentary coffee was provided, but it wasn’t. Only one small pouch of regular coffee was provided, (& 1 decaf) - maybe enough for two……
