“Went to snowboard for the weekend. Location couldn't be better. Property was as described - super close to lifts and downtown Breck. Has a queen bed and smaller pull out couch. Owner provided free firewood for woodburning fireplace. Truly a great find!”

“Perfect location for enjoying all that downtown Breckenridge has to offer. Room overlooked the Blue River facing East toward Main Street. Relaxing sounds of the water combined with beautiful scenery, wonderful weather, and location made this a great getaway from the heat and humidity back home.”

“The room itself was amazing and clean. Easy access to everywhere. Not happy being charged $1 when checking in and then my card being charged another $1 when checking out. That's an expensive interest charge for $2! Also not happy with Red Awning who the room was booked through. I would not recommend them, terrible communication!”

“Cookware is not in good shape. The unit is a little small for 6 people, unless small kids. Good location to downtown, but a few blocks from Snowflake lift.”
