“I was disappointed in the condo. I was shown a picture of it being on the water. My view was the parking lot and pool. The condo was a time warp,of the late 70's .It was cleanish but definitely needed updates,or gutting.”

“the shell of the home is beautiful. It is located at the very end of a canal, with lots of vegetation, you may even see a bobcat or python. The streets surrounding are filled with homes that look like they were started and abandoned, but yet the air was still lited with construction noise. upon arrival it was very evident that no one had stayed in the home or cleaned it, in a very long time. The first thing I wanted to do was shower after traveling. Unfortunately I could not find a clean or……
