“2304 unit No ac but it made it sound like there was when booked. View is a 10 but this place needs some major upgrades stains on carpets,floors and vents in bath filthy we had to tack up a sheet for blind in living room not the managements fault they tried their best. Old cabinets, did have washer and dryer but jeri-rigged in pantry with no doors. Other things that could be done for minimal cost to mention. Three very long flights of stairs just FYI. Once again Maintenance and property……

“去年の８月に利用し、今回は２度目の滞在になります。年に3、４回ハワイ島に来るのですが、また利用したい施設です。ただ、今回は冬だからなのか天候のせいなのか…波の音がかなり大きく寝る時は全ての窓やドアを閉めないと寝れませんでした。ラナイからの景色は素晴らしく鯨やイルカを見る事が出来ました♪”

“The apartment was great. The location was great. The only thing that hurt my rating on this stay is the bed. It is the worst bed I have ever slept on. There was at least a four inch dip in the middle. I would wake up every morning with my back killing me. Sleep was hard to find because it felt like I was sleeping on a slope. I Will happy change my rating to a better one if picture evidence is shown to prove they got a new bed. This place deserves a better rating then it got, but I can’t in good……

“We had a wonderful time exploring the Island for the first time. The property is clean and well kept, all the basics are stocked. The location is perfect for day trips to Volcano NP, Waimea, Hawi, and Hilo. Only problem is there is so much to see and never enough time! Looking forward to void next visit! ”

“If you are looking for a centrally located home away from home on the Big Island, look no further! This two bedroom fully equipped home is exceptionally well maintained and has the bonus of an outstanding pool / spa amenity area. The photos are completely accurate and the unit is clean and fully equipped with all household and sporting gear that you may need. Communication with Duane was first rate and we completely enjoyed our stay!”

“Location is excellent and it’s always wonderful to be right on the ocean front in Kona. The property was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with needed supplies. Unfortunately it is not air conditioned which wasn’t a big problem for us because trade winds were blowing but I suspect it could be if that were not the case. Windows need to be kept open at night and there’s a fair amount of light and noise outside:”
