“I didn't like the fact of the heating. It was cold in our and our son's room. We were not offered a heater. Learned about the heater after a microwave was delivered to our room by maintenance and he offered a heater. ”

“The property is historic and has been lovingly restored and maintained. It is in a quiet neighbourhood and the garden is delightful. There are however a lot of stairs to get to the bedrooms which might matter to some people, and the soaps & shampoo have a very strong fragrance which I didn't like. The scone was the best part of breakfast.”
