“My wife felt this was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in that wasn't the normal chain hotels, which we often frequent . It was very clean , spotless in fact. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was updated nicely. We enjoyed a pleasant breakfast in the conference room while chatting with other travelers. ”

“This B&B was one of the highlights of our trip to Cooperstown. Not only was the historical building gorgeous and beautifully (painstakingly!) restored, but the entire staff was warm and welcoming. The breakfast was DELICIOUS (thanks, Chef!), the in room amenities were top quality, and the room itself was cozy and quiet. It’s walkable to the Baseball HOF and other Main Street attractions. We cannot wait to come back! Highly recommend! ”

“The area around it seemed a little sketchy when were pulling in but would highly recommend staying here. Don’t let the surrounding area scare you. It was my 1st experience with a bed and breakfast. The owner/staff was great. Always helpful. Breakfast was delicious each morning. It was all homemade. Shower was AMAZING! Great pressure and extra overhead rainfall shower too. We found out from other guests it was her childhood home. We truly enjoyed our stay. Would stay again. ”

“Really enjoyed the Victorian ambiance, the intricate woodwork, the period furniture and setup, even the draftyness in the halls at night when it was cold outside. Breakfast was amazing both days, the host (Jim) was kind and generous. We will definitely be staying there again soon.”
