“Terrific new renovations, great food, good snorkeling at their beach. There are some things to see on Bonaire, but you could just stay on the property and have a great time.”

“Bonaire We loved our 8-day vacation in Bonaire at the Grand Windsock. We stayed in a beautiful, well-equipped 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa with private pool. The villa was next to the airport so we certainly were aware of planes taking off and landing (and the occasional slight whiff of jet fuel) but there are not many flights in and out of the island each day so we had no issue with it. “The Hotel is beautiful and fresh. We were welcomed and the furnishings are beautiful. There is a restaurant attached that was nice and the staff was friendly. The location was wonderful and safe. There were two things that were acceptable yet could be improved. 1-the bed was well worn. It had a significant worn spot on the side by the door. Removing the he’ll filled pad helped but it is time for a new bed. 2-the parking was packed. Some people parked outside the wall which made it very……
