“Located in the heart of Fort Collins, we chose the Armstrong to stay for my sister's graduation. It's centrally located, which was very convenient for getting around. We got to our hotel a little early, they were able to accommodate a slightly early check-in. They upgraded us and even gave us free parking, all of which was unexpected and very generous as we were not expecting anything like that! The room itself was very comfortable and we slept so well. The staff texted us updates of deals and……

“The hotel is beautiful and the staff so friendly. Very clean and well maintained. Everything was great except I didn’t like that you have to pay $14 a night for parking . If you book a room and not just go to an event at the convention center you should get a voucher to wave the parking fee . ”

“This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. Property being renovated but was clean and quiet. Rooms are nice suites. Beds and pillows are comfortable. We would have liked to have an additional blanket.”

“The room was very nice and cozy, however communication was lacking. I asked if it would be possible to check in at 3 instead of 4. We had dinner plans, and wanted to drop our stuff off ahead of time. I was told they would put in the request, and then nothing. I sent a message asking again, but was ignored. We ended up not being able to check in until 4 which was ignoring. I personally feel that 4 is a little bit late to check in. Would checking in an hour early really hurt? We sat outside……
