“We didn’t get to stay, we had a medical emergency. The man at the front desk, I’m terrible with names but I want to say Thomas I hope that’s correct. He has the absolute best customer service I have ever seen at a hotel, I appreciated everything he did to help us and just be kind. Hard to find these days, please make sure he is recognized in some way. ”

“We needed a olace to lay our heads for our drive to Kansas. We initially booked tge Yellow cabin, which Hotels.com said had two bathrooms. What was not made clear by Hotels.com was that those bathrooms were the campground community bathrooms. I called the KOA directly and they had one other cabin left with a private bathroom and a loft (the Green cabin). Check-in was very easy and the host was very kind and gracious. Our cabin was small, but awesome. Small kitchen, small but private bathroom……
