“This condo is comfortable, clean, and convenient. It has everything you need for a trip to Vail. Hayley and the iTrip team were great. ”

“The property was lovely. Very well maintained. It’s in an area attached to an outside Mall that was very nice. Just down the street from Vail’s main village. Staff was great. The only downside is there is no air conditioning but we had fans and it was fine. ”

“We had trouble checking in at first but the front desk went way beyond expectation in order to take care of us. The property was much closer to the lifts and village amenities than I expected. The room was spacious with great views and ample seating for an entire group. Free on site parking was great.”

“I arrived at 7 pm. The front desk was closed. I did not have an access code to the building or condo. I called the emergency number. No one knew anything about me. Vail resorts was eventually very helpful and managed to get me in. It took more than an hour. Apparently Hotels.com did not provide the property with my booking information. Very poor experience after laying all day. ”

“A mi llegada la ropa de cama y el balcon sucios, solicité cambio de ropa de cama y si lo hicieron No había articulos basicos de limpieza y jabon de baño y de manos suficiente, llamé y tardaron mas de 24 hrs en responder que solo eso entregaban en la propiedad le, falta mantenimiento y renovacion de muebles de sala . Por el costo ( igual al de four seasons por las mismas noches) creo que no vale la pena. Sólo la ubicación vale la pena”
