“We felt so fortunate to stay at the Gage Mansion while in central Pennsylvania for our son's recent Penn State graduation. While the inn is a 45 minute car ride from campus (and full disclosure: a really hilly, windy one at that), like many PSU parents we found ourselves looking for alternatives miles from campus as State College has a well-known shortage of hotel beds for its big weekends. “Nice place to stay. Very close to the state park. Bathroom is downstairs, not by the bedrooms. Lots of insects on the bottom floor.”

“Truly a hidden gem !Very Clean, quiet! Fully furnished, was quite surprising! Family enjoyed the quick little stay! Bakery at bottom of hill was a treasure to find! FYI don’t drive a luxury or antique car to this location, it’s off the beaten path but TOTALLY worth it!”
