“Everything was great, new, clean, and fresh. A/C was nice and quiet, even had a personal room air filter. Very safe area in and outside of the hotel. Separate couch from bed area. Bathroom and shower is very clean! And luxurious. Breakfast was good. Will stay at other hyatts in the future.”

“Always stay here when visiting family in the area. This summer I splurged on a suite with a balcony facing Cuyahoga Falls. It was outstanding! It was during the week and very quiet. Wanted to extend my stay but these suites were all booked for the weekend. The suite has two floors, with the bedroom, bathroom and small sitting room on the floor where you enter the suite. You take the internal stairs down to the large living/dining/kitchen space below, which is also where you access the balcony.……

“We loved our stay, especially the staff! Lola, Sharlene, Emma & all the others were great. I feel like I’ve known Lola forever! She was so kind and helpful! The food was great & our room was good. 1 problem: Our TV didn’t work Friday night or Saturday morning. We’re big sport’s fans, that was draft night & basketball play offs. Not good! We thank all of you for being so kind, accommodating, patient & lots of fun! Jon & Barb Baker”
