“The Showboat is old and smells like mildew and dog droppings. We needed multiple keys for the room but once one key was activated it automatically deactivated the other. It was advertised to have a seasonal outdoor pool. The pool clearly had be closed for years and we were forced to drive to another hotel and pay $50 just to lounge at their pool. When I complained to CozySuites about it, it was met with no radio silence. The room itself wasn’t horrible but I will never used them again.”

“The CozySuites condo was big, clean and comfortable! I don't like a lot of clutter and it was spare but had everything necessary. The communication with the CozySuites team was excellent - they were so responsive and answered all my questions. The one issue had to do with the water pressure in one of the bathrooms (we had 3 with full showers for a 2 BR Condo!). The bathrooms are dated - fixtures all from the Showboat days, and on one day there wasn't enough pressure to keep the shower on in……

“My first time in Atlantic City and couldn’t have had a better experience. The hotel itself was beautiful and there were so many amenities, that we did not need to leave the facility other than to gamble as they do not have a casino. As for our suite, the moment I opened the door, I was blown away. The smell of “clean” made me smile. The bedrooms were huge and very clean. Plenty of towels for a family of 5, for our 2 day stay. Although we didn’t use the valet service, the workers were very nice……
