“I book this hotel because it has as in-room jetted tub. The room we had , the regular tub in the restroom was half gray and half white, it look like the paint was scraped off of it. No big deal but it was a sore sight. The breakfast has potential but wasn't bad. It seemed like the potatoes were microwaved from the day before cause they were hard and looked burnt. “The hotel was in a lovely location, a short walk from the cute little town. I did mark down for the "condition" because the carpet in the room could have used a good cleaning. But otherwise it was great and I would certainly stay there again. I would definitely recommend it.”

“Quaint southern bed and breakfast with lovely staff, good food, comfy beds and good vibes. They go out of their way to accommodate. This is an old 1900s boarding house made B&B. Lots of charm. You feel the history of the area and the house. We came out for a wedding at a local ranch and were more than pleased with our stay”

“Lovely place for peace and quiet. Plenty shopping etc a short drive. All mod cons provided. Loved the horse and cats who are all very friendly.”

“Great getaway and beautiful river venue - good consideration for large gatherings close to DFW; Friendly and knowledgeable staff; however, we stayed on a Tuesday night and staff left at 5 so no access to recreation cabin, ice, lodge until next morning. Close enough to Mineral Wells to get dinner and drinks at the few places that were open on a Tuesday evening. Fishing dock was pleasant and strolling the grounds a unique experience. Bed just okay. Room and BR extremely clean and quiet. No need……
