“The hotel in general was clean and the staff I spoke with were friendly. I would have liked the fitted sheets to be pulled and tucked in tightly, as they were loose, which gave the appearance someone had previously slept in the bed. Next visit I will request a room away from the ice dispenser, as I could hear visitors retrieving their ice which was a disturbance. I did not read the fine print and assumed there would be a continental breakfast, no free breakfast but there is a restaurant……

“Waited at the counter 30 mins to check in and waited at the counter 45 mins at check out for someone to come to counter to get my room card totally unacceptable.”
