“My husband and I spent 3 nights here while visiting family. I was really impressed with our first moments on the property. I tend to judge hotels pretty quickly. Our room was on a corner near an alternative entrance/exit door. It was super convenient however, we constantly heard the door slamming shut. Also, our room (albeit clean) had a musty smell. It was very clean and comfortable though. A couple nights into our stay; while out, the housekeeping staff tended to our room. When I came back,……

“Everyone was very nice at the hotel. Breakfast was just so-so. But overall it was as expected. ”

“Front desk was very helpful and polite. Went to room to find dirty towels in the shower floor. Shown to our second room, slept. Noticed in the morning that a bed skirt was used as a blanket in the bed making. Pointed it out to front desk and they immediately apologized, and offered a discount in our stay. Issue was definitely with house keeping. Planning to stay there as often as I'm in the area!”

“Overall nice stay in the showboat room. Couple things though to mention include that the heat thermostat did not seem to work. We like it a little warmer so we turned it up a bit but the temperature did not change in the room and nor did we hear the heat kick on at all during our stay. It wasn't cold, but it wasn't ideal either -also they only give you a very thin quilt type blanket which during the winter isn't quite enough for me. Other than that, for cleanliness overall facilities looked very……

“Our stay was amazing the place is clean and beautiful. All the kitchen appliances are in good working order. You can cook anything you want. For the bedroom I would suggest you change the curtains to light blocking to prevent waking up earlier than you want. Otherwise our stay was very nice we enjoyed every bit of it.”
