“The common area/lobby is great! Nice spot to hang out and grab coffee or a drink at the bar. Staff and guests were friendly. Room and bathroom were a bit small but still a nice room.”

“Really enjoyed our stay at Stoweflake for our snowboard trip. It's not the newest game in town but it has that classic New England ski lodge look and feel (including a circular layout). That's our vibe and so it was perfect for us. Rooms were large and clean and could accommodate snowboards and gear for 3 people and not feel like a sweaty cramped mess (including a large bathroom). Great for kids with the Indoor heated pool. It has a hot tub (definitely) and sauna (I think) (we didn't use them)……

“Because I booked with Expedia, I didn't have a resort confirmation number which meant I didn't have access to the free WiFi. I did not call the office to straighten this out because it was late, but it would have been really nice if they told me all this at check in. I will definitely stay here again!”

“Very atmospheric inn, nice seating room areas with games, fireplace, the host puts out tasty deserts in late evening, great breakfast with a view of the mountain. Only thing to consider is that this hotel is not in the shuttle route. If you are ok driving - everything is very close - the town, the mountain.”

“Butler House speaks of itself: a house with the amazing management of a great butler - the result of the dedication of the owner, Paul and his wife. Paul was so friendly and though he was always busy at the breakfast room, he always checked if we needed help Our room was spacious, clean and tidy and offered everything we need.The kitchen is big and we enjoyed cooking there. I used their washing machine and dryer and detergent and softener were available. Highly recommended for couples……

“A really nice B&B ! The Lounge area/Dining room and Fireplace are beautiful. Hannah made an awesome breakfast assortment in the morning. The bed/firmness of our mattress was a little soft, and the foot traffic from the room above us was excessive due to a late night check-in. I would suggest placing a sign right on the 2nd floor beds about not wearing shoes that affect people below. Otherwise, great location and good value.”

“The property is old and quirky which we enjoyed. There is lovely scenery and enjoyable walks on the doorstep. Food in the restaurant was good although options were limited as it was the last evening before a seasonal closure.”
