“地点在半山上不太方便；班车一小时一班不够频繁（麦金利木屋半小时一班）。订的双床房不大，两个行李箱都放不太下。不过，服务很好很周到。”

“透過 expedia訂了兩間房，到酒店 check in時，說有一間房取消了，我們並沒有取消房間，還給他們看訂單，錢也收了，要求他們幫我們查發生什麼事，他們說是expedia出錯，幫我們取消了房間，酒店職員叫我們自己和 expedia理論，當時我們沒有賣當地電話咭，要求職員幫我們 聯絡expedia, 但他們拒絕. 問他們借擺在 櫃檯面前的電話他們不借了我們使用大堂的電話，但又說大堂電話可能打唔出，要用房間的電話，不過是收費的，我們再要求他們查清楚時，有一位高級一些職員走出玻璃序說，是 expedia 出錯 ，我們6人商議怎樣做的時候，他們又說他們解決了，整件事我們 蒙在鼓裏 另外我們向櫃檯職員約了第二天六點半送我們去火車站等 ，第二天早上另一位職員說他們是七點鐘才送 客人去火車站 ，6 點年是沒有車，白等了半個鐘。”

“有免費機場接駁很方便，還有aurora alarm很貼心，網路也很快，床很好睡，飯店靠近河邊風景很美”

“These cabins were in very good condition, had nice amenities and were a good size compared to a standard hotel room. ”

“The only thing that wasn't excellent is; the TV wasn't working with streaming media. Luckily, we had other things to do. ”

“The property was nice, but what stood out most was the staff they were outstanding. Our car had broken down and the town we were staying in was not very big so there were no mechanics surround however, the maintenance guy Logan took the time to get a new belt for us and repaired a car while we were out hiking Denali, Andres at the front desk found Logan for us and was very helpful. Can’t say enough about how great the staff there is.”
