“Upon check in the gentleman was friendly amd courteous. Room was ok However, we were approached for money for a room as we entered hotel. That's ok, we got into our room and all was well. Upon checkout this morning at 3:50am, my husband went to get car and warm it up. Pulled in front of hotel so we could load up our luggage as we did not want to be approached again when no one else around. So i stdayed in lobby for at least 8 minutes. The entire time us in and out the doors, me making……

“Hampton was fine. Expedia totally sucked. They screwed up my reservation and after multiple calls and long waits a manager said it was fixed but it wasn't. I booked for 4 nights. Expedia only booked 3. The manager said he booked the 4 i wanted. He didn't. Hampton expected me to leaved after 3 and had to re-book the 4th night. Terrible. ”
