“All in all was good experience other than the room was a ice box and thermostat never seemed to work. Outside weather was in 40's yet the ac was blasting and we kept trying to turn up heat never seemed to work ask at desk for maintenance to take a look at it never got confirmation but at 11:30 at night didnt care just wanted to sleep. Curtains were busted sliding door need alot of work. I have stayed here before and was always beautiful has gone down hill quite a bit since I was here last. ”

“We came into town for a family event. The location was great and the apartment was nice. More room and much better than a small hotel room.”

“Apartment exceeded our expectations for size, comfort and cleanliness. The complementary wind and microwave popcorn was a bonus. My only suggestion would be to somehow list the tv channels that are actually included in the cable plan. The TV Guide button brings up over 200 channels but most of the “channel not available” after you select it. This was a bit frustrating and a wasted a lot of time looking for a show or movie”

“This was our first time renting a house on vacation and it met every expectation I had and then some! My kids enjoyed having their own space and I enjoyed having the space of a house. The yard was good to run around and play catch, the kitchen and dining room was nice so that we didn't have to eat out for our entire trip, the living room was comfortable and we enjoyed family movie night. It was nice to be able to wash laundry before we went home too. This property was right in between Lake……

“Location; amazing Comfort; good. Dog at next door property barked when guests weren’t there Cleanliness; Heat vents need cleaning Safety; smoke detector pulled down and battery out. We couldn’t reach it to fix City water; bring your own bottled!”

“Great spot to stay. We had some issues, but maintenance was quick to respond and help us. In Grand Haven for a funeral. Couple things that are not critical, but would improve condo. Kleenex in the bathrooms. Shower rods and drapery rods need to be secured. Directions for TV. Three remotes! Location was perfect for family we needed to see.”
