“We had a beautiful suite, very comfortable bed, recently updated, very quiet beautiful setting from our balcony, in our suite we could hear our neighbors like they were in our kitchen. We were disappointed that the pools , lake, mini golf and all other outside amenities are back in town where you check in. But we loved our suite and would stay there again.”

“We loved that the property was close to town but very quiet. There’s a wonderful view of the mountains from the second floor wrap around porch. It’s a quaint establishment with some history. We enjoyed two outstanding breakfasts. Paul is a gracious, friendly and knowledgeable host. ”

“We enjoyed the perfect family vacation at this great place. We were immediately impressed with the entrance and amenities at Bear Lake Reserve. We were surprised at the driving distance from the entrance to the house. It took about 20 minutes to drive 5 miles. But it was a beautiful scenic ride. The house had plenty of parking and was very spacious. We enjoyed relaxing on the back deck and watching the many hummingbirds. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook meals in. We enjoyed hikes in……
