“I stayed on this property for three nights and 4 days. The property itself as well as a staff were very excellent. I like that it was fairly quiet and was easy access to shopping and Entertainment. However, one of the amenities that was offered at this hotel was a hot tub. Unfortunately the water temperature was not up to par. I was very disappointed about that. I do recommend this hotel because of how well maintained and beautiful it is. The staff are extremely helpful and nice. ”

“The pool and sauna were gorgeous! I loved all the plants inside and being able to see the snow outside. However, our particular room seemed to have some areas that were missed when cleaning and some concerning ceiling cracks above our shower. ”

“Hotel facilities were ok and moderate, I know what I paid for for an IHG group hotel. But the problem is front dest staff are very rude and reluctant to assisit. We arrive very late for late check-in but when requested to keep luggages in reception for next day morning pick up (as we are leaving/check-out in early morning, there's no meaning for us to bring a lot of luggages into our room at that late), But staff are not helping, and directly very harsh and reject us, also very in-polite. This……

“It was a great stay. The breakfast was fabulous. Here are the things we were not happy about: We don't drink so we didn't want cocktails but we couldn't get any hot cocoa. Only the top floors get the hot chocolate and we were in the second floor. Also, we were charged later for parking. $7. We actually live not to far away and this isn't downtown or in a bad neighborhood. So that type of charge was unnecessary but especially since we weren't told it would cost to park. ”
