“The property was very nice however I left An electric toothbrush in my room and when I went back the next day they could not find it. It was obvious that whoever had cleaned the room had taken it. When I asked what they could do it I was told it was not their Problem stolen or lost items was not their responsibility. Obviously they're all right with hiring people that steal hings. so beware staying there”

“The staff is nice, and the room is spacious, but the amenities are few.”

“I stayed in The Horton Grand for six nights from 8/16 till 8/22 in 2024. Unbelievably, my room (#321) did not have a refrigerator, although two staff members at the front desk (reception) claimed that every room had one. I remember several years ago before the pandemic my room did have a microwave oven and a refrigerator when I stayed in the same hotel.”

“Wifi was not reliable or strong enough, therefore I had to use my hotspot during the entire stay. Since I am from overseas, I needed to recharge my data plan twice, incurring extra costs.”
