“Staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is convenient and accessible. 20-30 minutes to shopping, and attractions. When I opened the fridge in my room and found left over food and drink, front desk offered to send someone to clean up, which wasn’t necessary, the only thing I wasn’t expecting was the $150.00 deposit, the most I was charged at other properties was between $50.00-$100.00, but I did receive the money back four days later. ”

“So relaxing and beautiful surroundings! Our hosts were amazing and the cookies at check in were so delicious!! The town of Elsah is literally you taking a step back in time! Over 50% of the town is the original buildings from the mid 18 hundreds! The Bald Eagles were very active when we were there! Our hosts gave us a private tour of the town’s museum it was amazing! You can’t go wrong staying there and visiting ”

“Beautiful well kept secret in a very peaceful setting: we had a large family Thanksgiving week in this beautiful place. There was more than enough rooms for four families to come together and still have enough room for dining visitors. It is beyond well equipped and you should contact the owner before you bring unnecessary items. Great hot tub. Spacious and well equipped baths and showers with all personal supplies and plush towels. Beds were all amazing. There is a great playroom……
