“Staff was friendly and so accommodating. I called early in the morning to ask for early check in due to flight issues and rescheduling and they took great care of us and we were able to check in early and catch a nap before officially starting our vacay plans. The property was very nice, clean and safe.”

“The home was clean, well-appointed Ted and as advertised. We loved the heated pool. Good access to mountain biking (we enjoyed the back route to 18 road), as well as grand junction. Highland Distillery was a very short drive and fun for everyone (even though we found it hard to leave the pool!). Nicole was incredibly responsive and helpful. We hope to stay again! ”

“Owner is neglectful of basic maintenance. Closet door was freestanding and not attached to anything and fell over onto my child. Bathroom doorknob was installed backwards resulting in my wife being trapped in the locked bathroom. Bed was improperly assembled and collapsed on my child. Bedroom floor was badly damaged and splintered and resulted in splinters in my child's feet. Front facing windows were missing blinds and exposed our private space to the busy front streets. Dryer was disconnected……

“Traveled from out of town for a wedding. This was the perfect accommodation for what we needed for a us as a couple plus an adult family member. Very good communications, all by text. Easy to find with everything needed for those who don’t want the “hotel experience”. Very well appointed, decorated and stocked.”
