“The house was beautiful with an expanded lanai and private pool in which we felt we were in our own little paradise inside The Villages paradise. We had lived in The Villages before and were able to have our friends over for a great get together with plenty of room. “Booked a D&J Properties reservation through Hotels.com for a trip in April. A few days before my stay, I received a message directly to me (not on Hotels.com) that the location is not available. After many texts, they sent me credit since the new location was inferior. They sent a screenshot of the reservation. I had no way to verify, access or confirm that reservation. Then I received an email that I need to provide my full address, full credit card information AND PHOTO OF ME HOLDING MY……
