“The only negative thing i could say is that the waterpark closes at 8. For the price to stay here, i would expect it to stay open until at least 10. There are adults and older children who would enjoy being able to experience this, after the younger children are asleep/ready for bed. ”

“Breakfast was not up to par. We have stayed here before, and everything was hot and delicious. This time, the area ran out of plates two days into our four day stay. Coffee was cold on one day, as was hot water. Fewer choices. ”

“This stay was perfect after having a few challenges on my one night stay previously. The staff service was wonderful and the manager immediately took accountability for the challenges I had in my first visit. Let me say my challenges were due to service-the room, the location etc. was wonderful.”

“We were greeted by a sweet women named Mercedes and she was very nice and helpful and it was late and she was very nice which made our long trip feel much better after talking with her! The only thing we didn’t like much was breakfast. I would have hoped for fruit and juice for options for a healthier way to start but the waffles were good! ”

“All was good. Great view of deer in the evening and fantastic sunrise. Got the best room for sunrise. 203. Had to go thru 5 doors to get my luggage from the entrance to hotel to my room. Was offered help, but didn’t accept. Breakfast was subpar. No toast, no juice, no fruit. Hot water for tea was broken. Local breakfast restaurants not open Monday thru Wednesday. Bullock House was great. And restaurants in Woodbury were good. Azaleas at the hotel and in Warm Springs were better than Calloway. ”

“Jennifer in the office was amazing. She gave us information on the resort and the local area. She made things really easy and easy for us to get around and enjoy the area.”
